What the site offers
Housee shows house designs, their floor plans in 3D and interior ideas, for inspiration and to help you understand a house before you buy its plan.
Buying a plan
Housee does not sell plans. A link to a plan opens the seller's site, Architectural Designs, and any purchase is made with that seller under its terms, prices and policies.
Content and ownership
The house designs, plan drawings and their photos belong to their designers and to Architectural Designs. The 3D models, renders and texts of this site belong to Housee.
You may view and share pages of the site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, download or reuse the 3D models, or use the site's content to build, sell or market a house or a plan.
Using the site fairly
Do not disrupt the site, try to reach parts of it that are not public, or collect its content with automated tools.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided "as is". We work to keep them accurate, but we do not guarantee that they are complete, current or free of errors, or that the site is always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Housee is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from decisions made on the basis of its content, including the 3D models.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the new version is published on this page with a new date. Using the site after that means you accept the new terms.
